Epods is an online subscription platform that allows families to receive their essential grocery items delivered straight to their door. Epods sources the items from the customer as per their order and consolidates them in a pod. This helps the customer save time for their essential repeat grocery orders at the supermarket and receive those items in a conveniently packed pod every month.
We deliver to all the areas covered in New Zealand by New Zealand Post and/or Courier Post service.
You will receive an email from us with the courier tracking number once the delivery has been sent from our warehouse.
You can login to your account and change all your personal information. Only to make amendments to your payment method or frequency or your subscribed pod you can email or call us.
Yes. There is no minimum commitment. Our service is open term.
You are redirected to a PCI compliant provider website for making the payments which is the recommended level of security in New Zealand for online transactions.
We work hard to ensure that the pods go out with all the items. If in case, we have missed something then please give a call or email and we will immediately send the missing items with an apology.

Yes, you can. You can send the pod as an ongoing or one-off gift to someone in New Zealand.
