  • So we can deliver to you
  • To improve our range of offerings specific to you
  • Assist in investigating your complaints and enquiries
  • When marketing to you we do not use third parties. Your personal information is only ever use for epods.co.nz own purposes. You can opt out of our direct marketing in the notifications section in your My epods account
  • We de-identify your personal information into anonymous data to determine preference, shopping patterns and website use.

Epods ensures that all information collected will be safely and securely stored.

- Maintaining technology products to prevent unauthorised computer access
- Securely destroying your personal information when it's no longer needed for our record retention purposes


Our payment provider Flo2cash limited is PCI compliant which means that your financial information is handled as per the industry standard.

Third-party services

Once you leave our store’s website or are redirected to a third-party website or application, you are no longer governed by this Privacy Policy or our website’s Terms of Service.


As part of the delivery service we offer, New Zealand Post and/or Courierpost will receive your email address in order to use it for its parcel notification service, and by placing an order you give us permission to provide this data to New Zealand Post for this service. This means the email address provided will automatically receive a notification via email when the delivery is on its way, once it's been delivered, or if delivery is unsuccessful.
